Welcome to Our Secret Garden Events & Co, a space where nature, magic, and memorable moments come together.

I’m Yufei, the proud owner of this beautiful venue and event space. My passion for creating unique and accessible spaces led me to build this little slice of heaven on the Central Coast. Just off the M1, we’re situated on 58 acres of meticulously manicured gardens and serene woodlands, only an hour north of Sydney or south of Newcastle.

Our Secret Garden is more than just a venue - it’s a place where memories are made, creativity flourishes, and nature offers the perfect backdrop for life’s most cherished celebrations.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate retreat, yoga workshop, or private party, our space is designed to feel like home. We offer a range of versatile settings - from enchanting garden spots to peaceful woodland retreats - giving you the freedom to craft the perfect event that reflects your style and needs.

We've partnered with top local professionals to ensure your day is seamless and unforgettable.

Venue & Ceremony
Up to 2-hour venue hire – enough time for your ceremony and a few cherished moments
Ceremony setup – including everything you need for the perfect backdrop

Celebrant:
Fiona Rogers Celebrancy – a warm, experienced celebrant who will personalise your ceremony

Hair & Makeup:
Fiona Rogers – Divine Hair and Makeup – Professional styling to ensure you look your best on your special day

Photography:
Jodie Reardon Photography – Up to 2 hours of stunning photography coverage to capture every moment

Reception Setup & Catering:
Trestle tables and Ghost Chairs for your reception

BYO RSA service (alcohol service available with licensed staff)
Coffee & Tea Station to delight your guests
High Tea Menu (optional) – a refined selection of sweet & savoury delights
Alternative Meal Option: If you opt for a different catering choice, we’ll give you a $500 discount on your package

On the Day Coordination:
On-the-day coordination ensuring everything runs smoothly
Cleaning & Rubbish Removal after the event
Complimentary Sound System for your ceremony and reception

Additional Options:
Extra Hour: Add one more hour of venue hire for $500 (ending no later than 10:00 pm)

Bouquets & Buttonholes for the bridal party

Accommodation: Optional 2-night stay in our 5-bedroom on-site accommodation (sleeps up to 10 adults) for $3,000

Terms & Conditions:
Package excludes Saturdays and a 10% surcharge applies for public holidays
Additional guests are $150 each, up to 50 people total
Alternative Catering Options are available, with a $500 discount on the total package price when choosing a different menu
